Anna Kaminski

Anna Cohen Kaminski updated the Trans-Siberian Handbook 9th edition.

She was born in Moscow and experienced a Communist childhood before her family moved to the West. Though she has travelled on five continents since earning her Bachelor’s degree in Comparative American Studies at the University of Warwick, travelling through Russia to update the Trans-Siberian Handbook was only the second time she has properly explored the country of her birth from end to end.

Anna also writes for Lonely Planet and Rough Guides, covering destinations as diverse as Chile, Peru, Colombia, Jamaica and Sweden. In between travels she calls Cambridge, England, home.
