Updates relating to the 1st edition

June
p160, Map 41. The detour round Hayburn Wyke is no longer in operation.
p138, Map 31. There is still no waymarking when leaving the beach at Runswick Bay but the description about the blue hut will guide you to the right path.
p114, Map 22. The waymarking has improved through Guisborough Woods. It seems that significant investment has been put into signposts recently along the entire path and there are countless ones that appear to be new.
p128, Map 29. When walking around Staithes, at the right time of year there are excellent view of the kittiwakes feeding their chicks in the nests on the cliff face facing the north arm of the harbour.
Please note that on Map 25 (p121) the railway beside Warsett Hill is incorrectly shown as as cycletrack. It is in use occasionally.

p110 Map 19 Kildale. The Old Rectory B&B is in the wrong place on the map: it should be on the main road immediately to the right of Glebe Cottage.
